For distribution operators
See the low-voltage network. Act on it. Prove it.
Phase3 gives a distribution operator eyes on the part of the network between the primary substation and the customer, and a way to turn what it sees into work that gets closed.
The questions it answers.
| Who asks | Today's question | With Phase3 |
|---|---|---|
| Network operations | Where is it happening, and do I need to act today? | A live map of devices and substations, a calm overview, and a command view of what needs an owner now. |
| Asset management | Which transformers do I replace first? | Condition evidence per asset, so replacement follows condition, not age. |
| Connections and flexibility | How much headroom is left before I approve a new connection? | Measured load on each phase, at the point where the new connection lands. |
| Digital transformation | Where does reliable field data for my systems come from? | Field data from the LV network, through open interfaces, into the systems you already run. |
| Leadership and regulation | Can I show the regulator what happened and what we did? | Breaches become cases with an owner, evidence, escalation and closure. |
How you work with it.
- It knows what to look at first. Circuits are ranked by consequence (customers and locations affected), not by how many alarms they raise.
- It tells you how far to trust the picture. Every view shows how fresh the data behind it is.
- It judges the response, not just the event. Each response is tracked as on time, at risk or late.
- It shows its own blind spots. Circuits with customers not yet mapped are flagged, not hidden.
- Shifts hand over in writing, with one summary for the control room and one for field crews.
Deployment.
- Fast to install. The sensor clamps on; installers commission it from a phone app, without specialist test equipment.
- A fleet that looks after itself. Certificates renew themselves; mobile connectivity and firmware are managed from the platform.
- Where it goes: secondary substations (several circuits per unit), pole-mounted transformers and kiosks.
